This isn’t going to be as easy as I thought.  I mean come on!  1 pound?  I need to do better.  I hate that I’m starting off slow because you can see by my milestones that I’ve got some pretty lofty milestones up front.  I hope I don’t need to adjust them.  We’ll see what happens once October hits and I feel the pressure a little more.
