Alright, I can honestly say that it was the last straw.  I thought that just walking every day would do it but as much as I need the exercise, I realized that John Daly walked every day and was one of the best golfers in the world at one time!  It’s my diet.  So, this week I finally did what I needed to do.  Since Sunday, I have eaten healthy and avoided snacks.  I still eat late at night, but it’s typically fruit or something.  I am trying to finally get over the hump and I think I have done it this week.  It’s been 6 days now and my weigh in is tomorrow, so we’ll see!
