212! Success at last!

So I finally got my act together!  As I mentioned in my last post about weight loss I have finally gotten behind a real effort to drop some weight and at my weigh in this week I had proven to have lost 6 pounds in the last 7 days!  I’m totally excited and I am really looking forward to being healthy again.  My goal is to be under 210 this week and then we’ll just keep working at it.  For now, keep praying for me to be strong about it.  I still have big food cravings, but honestly, I don’t touch the snacks anymore and I can’t imagine why I indulged myself so much for so many years.  I hope that’s a sign that my attitude toward food is changing.
