I did well over Christmas…got a wii fit even after I had dropped some weight. I let myself slide a bit and was back up to 215. By mid-January, I was 215 again. Becky finally got us both on a program that made more sense…we’re actually logging our food each day and counting the calories. We’ve figured out how many calories it would take for me to consistently lose 1.5 pounds per week. I’m already down 4 pounds, so next week, I should be just under 210.
My goals are going to make more sense this time. I still plan to be 175, but I’m giving myself until June 1.
